Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We provide free shipping Australia wide. 

Estimated delivery: 3-20 days.

*If you live in a very remote location, please contact us using the chat option on the website or email info@theseasonshub.com.au before making the purchase to check the shipping availability and delivery time.

Currently we only provide international shipping for some products (small items) only. Please contact us via the below form or email info@theseasonshub.com.au before placing the order to confirm.

Returns

We value our customers happiness. Therefore we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. There will be no refund for customer fault with putting the wrong details in when purchasing. We advise you to double check your details to make sure they are correct.

For hygiene reasons we cannot return some items such as potties, toilet trainers, breast pumps etc. Please contact us for more information.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@theseasonshub.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@theseasonshub.com.au.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping cost for returning items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Product Display

We do our best to display the true colour of the items however as computer monitors and settings may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact colour of the item, it may vary slightly.
